Found out about the Damle family owned Laddu world for sourcing laddus for our son who is studying in Pune. Ordered via whatsapp and Mr. Abhishek Damle tried booking Dunzo first and then Porter for delivery. But due to Ganesh Utsav and rainy weather, both the delivery services were not available for my son's college (on the outskirts of Pune). Mr. Abhishek went out of his way to visit a couple of courier agencies for delivery but even they could not provide same day or next day delivery! Finally we spoke on the phone and Mr. Abhishek arranged for a person to drive all the way to hand deliver the laddus! I am still in disbelief at this level of customer service because we have all now become accustomed to the "Chalta hai adjust karlo" type of customer service that is meted out by all and sundry in this country. Also on the quality of the laddus - my son says they are simply out of this world in taste and with the right amount of sweeteness! So thanks Mr. Abhishek, you not only have a life long customer now but also a referrer for others!
